To make it easier for you to reach me, my staff and I will hold office hours at the Horsham Athletic Club, 400 Horsham Road in Horsham on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:30 to 6 p.m.

All office services will be available, including help getting SEPTA Senior IDs on-site. You can also stop by my regular district office at 515 Stump Road in North Wales.

HARRISBURG—Reps. Todd Stephens (R-Montgomery), Meghan Schroeder (R-Bucks) and Todd Polinchock (R-Bucks) wrote a letter to President Joe Biden asking he override a decision by the Air National Guard to appeal a decision by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to require water discharged from the former Willow Grove Naval Air Station in Horsham be capped at 70 part-per-trillion for PFAS.

Stephens to Introduce Bill Ensuring Accountability for Violent Gun Offenders

HARRISBURG—Rep. Todd Stephens (R-Montgomery) will introduce legislation to make the state’s sentencing guidelines presumptive for gun crimes. Data from the PA Commission on Sentencing, which he chairs, shows Philadelphia and other counties routinely sentence below recommended levels for violent criminals who use firearms.
